This information is to be filled out by Team Officials only for the submission of an ID Check on a suspected overage player in the Caroline Springs George Cross F.C Tournament. A $50 fee will apply to submit the request which must be paid on the day of the request,
The process is as follows:
- Upon successful submission of information provided by an George Cross F.C official will check the ID of the requested player.
- If the player is found to be of the correct age then the fee is forfeited.
- If the player is found to be overage or cannot prove their age under the Overage Player Policy in the Rules of Competition then the money will be returned.
